Wir, die Batrec Industrie AG, sind ein international tätiges Recycling\-Unternehmen mit den Schwerpunkten Altbatterien, quecksilberhaltige Abfälle und Reaktivierung von Aktivkohle. Unser Mutterhaus ist die französische Veolia Gruppe.

Mitarbeiter für die Demontage von Li\-Ionen Batterien 80\-100% (m/w/d) =======================================================================

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich:

  • Zerlegung und Demontage von Li\-Ionen Batterien unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Entladung der Batterien zur Minimierung von Gefahren durch elektrische Spannungen
  • Sortierung und Identifikation der Zellchemien und Batterietypen
  • Separation und Vorbereitung der Batterieteile für das weitere Recycling
  • Dokumentation der Inputströme zur Datenerfassung und Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen

Neben den genannten Haupttätigkeiten führt der Arbeitnehmer im täglichen Betrieb die folgenden Arbeiten aus:

* Unterstützung, wenn nötig, der Logistikabteilung (Triage, Sortierung, Stapeln, Ein\- und Auslagern, Umfüllen, Zerlegung etc.) * Unterstützung, wenn nötig, in der mechanischen Separationsanlage für Lithium\-Ionen\-Batterien * Unterstützung, wenn nötig, am Li\-Schredder zur Vorzerkleinerung der Lithium\-Ionen Batterien

Ihr Profil:

  • Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder elektrischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit spannungsführenden Teilen von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
