Unser Auftraggeber ist eine etablierte Unternehmensgruppe mit mehreren Gesellschaften und einem vielseitigen Tätigkeitsgebiet. Zur Verstärkung des Teams im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung und Administration wird eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit gesucht.

Sie erwartet ein kollegiales und unkompliziertes Arbeitsumfeld mit flachen Hierarchien, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und viel Eigenverantwortung.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Selbstständige Führung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung verschiedener Gruppengesellschaften inklusive Mahnwesen
  • Unterstützung in der Finanzbuchhaltung - von Bankbuchungen über die Anlagenbuchhaltung bis hin zum Jahresabschluss
  • Mitarbeit und Begleitung bei Revisionen
  • Stellvertretung und Unterstützung bei vielfältigen administrativen Aufgaben
  • Versand von Abrechnungen, Auswertungen und relevanten Unterlagen an Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im ERP-System
  • Erstellung und Führung verschiedener monatlicher Statistiken und Auswertungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpersonen

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Alternativ: Quereinsteiger:in mit Branchenerfahrung und ausgeprägtem Zahlenflair

  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
