Als Mitarbeiter/in Finanzen 60-80% übernehmen Sie vielseitige Aufgaben in der Buchhaltung und unterstützen wichtige Finanzprozesse. Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Im Finanzteam übernehmen Sie vielseitige Aufgaben in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie im Mahnwesen und sorgen für korrekte Abläufe
  • Bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen unterstützen Sie das Team und bringen sich bei Abstimmungen sowie weiteren Finanzprozessen ein
  • Die Liquiditätsplanung und die Bearbeitung von MWST-Themen für die Schweiz und EU gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeitsgebiet
  • Mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern arbeiten Sie eng zusammen und tragen mit Ihrer zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise zur effizienten Finanzadministration bei

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen bilden die fachliche Grundlage für diese Position
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung und gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Debitoren, Kreditoren und MWST sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen sowie eine hohe Zahlenaffinität erleichtern Ihnen die tägliche Arbeit
  • Selbstständigkeit, Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie eine teamorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
