Für unseren Kunden in Sisseln suchen wir per sofort und für einen befristeten Einsatz von ca. 2–3 Monaten eine/n:

Mitarbeiter HSE / Gefahrstoffmanagement (m/w/d) 50 - 100%

Im Zentrum Deiner Tätigkeit steht die Erfassung und strukturierte Dokumentation der am Standort verwendeten Rohstoffe, Chemikalien und Hilfsstoffe. Du trägst die relevanten Informationen zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass die dazugehörigen Sicherheitsdatenblätter beschafft, geprüft und übersichtlich abgelegt werden.

Das erwartet Dich: • Erstellen einer vollständigen Übersicht der am Standort verwendeten Rohstoffe, Chemikalien und Hilfsstoffe • Erfassen und Strukturieren der relevanten Angaben in einer zentralen Liste • Beschaffen, Prüfen, Aktualisieren und systematisches Ablegen der zugehörigen Sicherheitsdatenblätter (SDB) • Pflege und Strukturierung von HSE-relevanten Daten und Dokumentationen • Unterstützung des HSE-Teams bei der Einhaltung interner und gesetzlicher Anforderungen • Idealerweise Erstellen von Betriebsanweisungen auf Basis der vorhandenen Sicherheitsdatenblätter

Das zeichnet Dich aus: • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (KV) oder laufende/abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. Studium im Bereich Naturwissenschaften, Chemie, Umwelt oder vergleichbar • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Themen rund um Chemikalien, Arbeitssicherheit und Gefahrstoffe • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel • Freude daran, Informationen zusammenzutragen, zu prüfen und übersichtlich zu dokumentieren • Engagierte Persönlichkeit sowie genaue und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise • Erfahrung im HSE- oder Gefahrstoffbereich ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
