Was Sie bewegen können: ##

  • Zusammen mit einem kompetenten Team sind Sie zuständig für die Bewachung sowie die Zutritts- und Effektenkontrolle in einem Asylzentrum 
  • Sie führen Patrouillendienste in Zweierteams in- und ausserhalb des Gebäudes durch
  • Vermitteln eines Sicherheitsgefühls an Ihre Mitmenschen- 
  • Mit Ihrer Präsenz sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf sowie für Ruhe und Ordnung 
  • Bei Konflikten wirken Sie deeskalierend und greifen ein, um die Sicherheit von Asylsuchenden und Bevölkerung zu gewährleisten 
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Behörden 
  • Sie übernehmen nicht alltägliche Sicherheitsaufgaben im Umfeld des Asylwesens wie z.B. die Erstregistrierung von neuen Asylsuchenden 

Was Sie mitbringen: ##

  • Mindestens 20 Jahre jung 
  • Einwandfreier Leumund, einen aktuellen Betreibungs- und Strafregisterauszug legen Sie der Bewerbung bei (nicht älter als 3 Monate bis zum Stellenantritt) 
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft und Freude an unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten (Wochenend- und Nachtarbeit im Dreischichtbetrieb) 
  • Bereitschaft pro Woche mindestens zwei Einsätze à 8 Stunden zu leisten 
  • Sehr gute körperliche und mentale Verfassung  
  • Kommunikativ, gute Umgangsformen, selbstsicheres Auftreten und hohe Belastbarkeit
