Deine Aufgaben Aktiver Verkauf unserer Produkte am Telefon Beratung \& Betreuung: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden \- kompetent, freundlich und lösungsorientiert Angebots\- und Auftragsmanagement: Von der Anfrage bis zur Reklamation behältst du den Überblick Telefonische Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen Erster Ansprechpartner im Vertrieb für Kunden und Aussendienst Administrative Bearbeitung und Pflege von Kunden\- und Auftragsdaten Was dich auszeichnet Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder telefonischen Verkauf Produktkenntnisse im Bereich Bau\- oder Kfz\-Handwerk Kommunikationsgeschick und Verhandlungsstärke Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Erfolgsorientierung Gute Kenntnisse in MS\-Office (insb.
