Die Institution: Sozialpädagogische Wohngruppe Bachstei

In der Sozialpädagogischen Wohngruppe Bachstei werden 10 junge Frauen und Männer im Alter von 14 bis 19 Jahren betreut. Sie kommen aus schwierigen Lebenssituationen und haben meist eine belastende Biographie. Aus unterschiedlichen Gründen können sie nicht mehr in ihrer Herkunftsfamilie leben. Neben der vollbetreuten Wohngruppe (8 Plätze im Haupthaus) wird ein teilbetreutes Wohnen als Progressionsstufe (2 Plätze) in der nahgelegenen Aussenwohnung angeboten. Ergänzend kann bei Bedarf Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe (SPF; Familien- und Einzelbegleitung) in Anspruch genommen werden. Dies beinhaltet die Familienbegleitung parallel zum Aufenthalt der/die Jugendlichen sowie die Nachbetreuung von Care Leaver:innen). Eingewiesen werden sie durch Jugendsekretariate oder Jugendanwaltschaften. Die Jugendlichen besuchen in der Regel die Schule, absolvieren eine Lehre oder sind in einem Übergangsangebot integriert.

  • Verwaltung der Adresskartei
  • An- und Abmelden der Jugendlichen bei den Behörden
  • Ablegen und Archivieren der Unterlagen
  • Bearbeitung von Statistiken
  • Korrekturarbeiten
  • Organisation von Weiterbildungen
  • Bearbeiten von Personalblättern und Versenden von Einladungen
  • Mithilfe bei der Einführung von Socialweb
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung von Jugendlichen im schulischen Bereich
  • Überbrückungsweise Betreuung der Jugendlichen-Gruppe bei personellen Engpässen
