Mit deinem Organisationstalent, deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise und deinem Gespür für Menschen leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer reibungslosen Patientenversorgung in der Klinik für Neuroradiologie. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein. ###

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt mit Patient:innen, Zuweisenden, Versicherungen sowie internen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen
  • Terminplanung, Organisation und Koordination von ambulanten Sprechstunden sowie radiologischen Untersuchungen
  • Versand von Patientenaufgeboten
  • Empfang und Betreuung von Patient:innen
  • Bearbeitung und Abrechnung von Konsilen, Berichten und weiteren administrativen Unterlagen
  • Bearbeitung von Versicherungsanfragen und Kostengutsprachen
  • Mitarbeit im Patientensekretariat und in der Disposition
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Abläufen

Arbeitszeiten: 6:30 - 15:30 Uhr oder 8 - 17 Uhr; mögliche Einsätze am Samstag (max. 1x pro Monat) von 7:30 - 14 Uhr

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder (para-)medizinische Grundausbildung
  • Erfahrung in einer administrativen Funktion, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen oder Spitalumfeld
  • Freude an komplexer Terminplanung und organisatorischen Herausforderungen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office), Kenntnisse von RIS und/oder KISIM von Vorteil
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind willkommen
