Mitarbeiter/in Beratung & Verkauf - B2B (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du baust dir proaktiv dein eigenes Kundenportfolio im B2B-Bereich auf und betreust dieses langfristig sowie nachhaltig.
  • Du verkaufst aktiv das umfassende Dienstleistungs- und Produktsortiment via Telefon, E-Mail sowie in Absprache persönlich vor Ort beim Kunden.
  • Du übernimmst die kreative Ideenfindung für Kundenprojekte und stellst massgeschneiderte Angebote zusammen.
  • Du klärst Preise sowie Lieferfristen direkt mit Lieferanten ab und verantwortest die gesamte Angebotsphase.
  • Als erste kompetente Ansprechperson begleitest du deine Kunden bei neuen Projekten sowie allgemeinen Fragestellungen und stehst im engen Austausch mit internen Schnittstellen.

Qualifikationen

  • Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für den Verkauf sowie idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Innendienst mit.
  • Du hast grosse Freude an der telefonischen Akquise, besitzt eine offene, gewinnende Art und kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch.
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus, sodass du auch in hektischen Zeiten stets den Überblick behältst.
  • Du bist versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen IT-Systemen und überzeugst durch deine hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung.
  • Du schätzt ein dynamisches Umfeld, in dem kein Tag wie der andere ist, und bringst eine gesunde Portion Flexibilität sowie Drive mit.
