Deine Aufgaben

Als Mitglied unseres Teams übernimmst du die Betreuung und Pflege unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen und Engagement. Gemeinsam mit dem Fachpersonal sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Standards in der Betreuung und Pflege jederzeit gewahrt bleiben.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung auf Assistenzstufe (Assistent/\-in Gesundheit/Soziales EBA, Pflegeassistent/\-in FA)
  • Lehrgang SRK/Grundkurs VBB
  • Verständnis und Einfühlungsvermögen für ältere Menschen
  • Dienstleistungs\- und Kundenorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
