Für unseren Betriebsunterhalt am Standort Bachs suchen wir eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als Mitarbeiter/in Betriebsunterhalt mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Hauswart-, Betriebs- oder Gartenunterhalt.

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion sorgst du gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafür, dass unsere Gebäude und Aussenanlagen gepflegt und funktionstüchtig sind. Am Standort Bachs übernimmst du eine wichtige Rolle und arbeitest weitgehend selbstständig.

  • Ganzjähriger Unterhalt und Pflege der Grünanlagen und Aussenflächen
  • Selbstständige Entgegennahme und Ausführung von Aufträgen
  • Direkte Ansprechperson für die verschiedenen Arbeitsbereiche am Standort Bachs
  • Aufbieten, Koordinieren und Begleiten von externen Handwerkern
  • Selbstständige Ausführung von Kleinreparaturen und Unterhaltsarbeiten
  • Bestellung und Bewirtschaftung von Klein- und Verbrauchsmaterial
  • Dokumentation der ausgeführten Aufträge sowie der technischen Gebäudeanlagen am Standort Bachs
  • Bearbeitung der E-Mail-Korrespondenz in deinem Aufgabenbereich
  • Unterstützung des Teams an weiteren Standorten
  • Gelegentliche Unterstützung bei Personentransporten

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Hauswart/in, im Betriebsunterhalt oder im Gartenunterhalt
  • Ausbildung als Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ oder Gärtner/in EFZ von Vorteil
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Wertschätzender und respektvoller Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Menschen
  • Engagierte, unkomplizierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an einer vielseitigen Tätigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
