Als Verstärkung für unser Kollektiv suchen wir ab November 2026 eine\*n

Mitarbeiter\*in Buchhaltung & Personaladministration 40-60 %

Aufgaben im Bereich Buchhaltung:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung des Vereins
  • Bearbeitung von Mehrwertsteuer, Quellensteuer und Steuerdeklarationen
  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenbewirtschaftung
  • Organisation und Kontrolle des Bargeld- und Kassenwesens
  • Erstellung von Budgets, Zwischenabschlüssen und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Planung, Begleitung und finanzielle Beurteilung von Investitionsprojekten
  • Auswertungen und Berechnungen der Anlässe für die Betriebsbuchhaltung
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit externer Treuhand- und Revisionsstelle
  • Teilnahme an Kollektiv sowie diversen Betriebssitzungen

Aufgaben im Bereich Personal & Administration:

  •  Verantwortung für die Personaladministration
  • Durchführung der Lohnverarbeitung inklusive Jahresenddeklarationen
  • Betreuung und Verwaltung der Sozial und übrigen Versicherungen
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten in den Bereichen Finanzen, Personal und Organisation

Dein Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Lohn- und Personaladministration
  • Hohe IT-Affinität sowie versierter Umgang mit Microsoft Office und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Freude an Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit
  • Interesse an basisdemokratischen Organisationsformen und partizipativen Entscheidungsprozessen

Du suchst eine Tätigkeit, mit der du dich voll und ganz identifizieren kannst und in die du dich mit Überzeugung und Engagement einbringst. Persönliche Freiräume und sinnstiftende Arbeit sind dir wichtiger als eine hohe Entlöhnung. Du schätzt ein nicht-hierarchisches, basisdemokratisches Arbeitsumfeld und bist bereit, einen Teil deiner Zeit ehrenamtlich für den Verein Dachstock und die Reitschule einzusetzen.
