Wir sind ein schweizweit tätiger Personaldienstleister und suchen zur Erweiterung unseres Teams nach Vereinbarung:

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der täglichen Buchführung (Hauptbuch/Kreditoren)
  • Mitarbeit bis selbständige Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- & Jahresabschlüssen
  • Mitwirkung beim Budget und Forecast-Prozess
  • Mitarbeit bei Reportings (monatlich, quartalsweise, halb- & jährlich) und der damit verbundenen Datenaufbereitung (hauptsächlich in Excel)
  • Mitarbeit beim strukturierten Aufbau von Datengrundlagen für Konzernreportings.
  • Verantwortung für die strukturierte Verwaltung des Vertragswesens
  • Verantwortung für fristgerechte Abstimmungsarbeiten und Bereinigung der Bilanzkonten
  • Verantwortung für das Mahnwesen
  • Unterstützung bei der MWST-Abrechnung
  • Ad-hoc-Auswertungen
  • Ferienvertretung der Teammitglieder

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung (EFZ) mit Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung und/oder Konzernreporting
  • Weiterbildung in diesen Bereichen von Vorteil
  • Hoher Grad an Selbständigkeit & strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Vernetztes Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Französisch von Vorteil
  • Erfahrungen mit Abacus von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office Anwendungen, sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse (Voraussetzung)
  • Vorzugsweise: Erfahrungen mit Lohnbuchhaltung
