Damit schützt du unsere Kund:innen, stellst die Integrität des Zahlungsverkehrs sicher und verhinderst finanzielle Schäden. Mit deiner sorgfältigen Analyse und deinem Verantwortungsbewusstsein bist du ein wichtiger Teil unserer Sicherheits- und Servicekette. So stärkst du das Vertrauen in unsere Kartenlösungen jeden Tag.

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du führst den gesamten Chargeback‑Prozess durch und hältst dabei Fristen sowie die Formvorschriften von Mastercard® ein
  • Du analysierst Beanstandungsfälle präzise, findest effiziente und kundenorientierte Lösungen und entscheidest über die einzuleitende Rückforderung
  • Du bearbeitest schriftliche und telefonische Anfragen sowie Beanstandungen von Karteninhaber:innen, Partnern und internen wie externen Stellen
  • Du stellst die fallrelevanten Unterlagen zusammen, leitest sie an Partnerorganisationen weiter und verbuchst die einzelnen Schritte im Rückforderungsprozess
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Kund:innen jederzeit über den Stand ihrer Beanstandung informiert sind – in Deutsch, Italienisch und Englisch
  • Du erkennst Spezialfälle wie Behördenanfragen oder komplexe Reklamationen und behandelst sie professionell
  • Du informierst bei verdächtigen Transaktionen umgehend das Team Fraud Prevention und unterstützt bei der Einleitung notwendiger Massnahmen
  • Du bringst deine Ideen aktiv ein und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse und Abläufe

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Chargeback, Kartenservice (Issuing) und Zahlungsverkehr
  • Italienischkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, stilsichere Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse; zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit zu klarer, empathischer und professioneller Kommunikation auch in herausfordernden Situationen
  • Strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Analyse komplexer Fälle und an der Lösungsfindung
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Fähigkeit zur Wahrung von Ruhe und Übersicht in hektischen Momenten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools sowie Offenheit für neue Technologien
  • Dienstleistungsorientiertes Mindset im Umgang mit Kund:innen sowie internen und externen Partnern
