Du erkennst Risiken frühzeitig, klärst sie direkt mit den Kund:innen und dokumentierst deine Erkenntnisse in präzisen Berichten. Mit deinem Engagement stärkst du die Integrität und das Vertrauen in PostFinance. So trägst du dazu bei, dass unsere Compliance-Prozesse zuverlässig und transparent bleiben.

  • Du erkennst fallbezogene Risiken und klärst sie direkt mit Kund:innen unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Vorgaben
  • Du beurteilst Geschäftsbeziehungen und Kundentransaktionen und verfasst präzise, redaktionell einwandfreie Berichte
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung der Sorgfaltspflichten und der Steuercompliance sicher
  • Du bewegst dich dank deinem Wissen sicher zwischen Recht und Bankwesen und findest zielgerichtete, compliance-konforme Lösungen für Kund:innen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Banklehre, höhere Fachschule oder Studium in Rechts- oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Compliance-Bereich und idealerweise in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie analytisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen
  • Fähigkeit zur gezielten Priorisierung mehrerer Aufgaben für ein selbstverantwortliches Fallmanagement
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
