Deine neue Herausforderung

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Elektronikproduktion am Standort Fehraltorf suchen wir Dich als /in Elektronikproduktion (SMD / THT). In dieser abwechslungsreichen und verantwortungsvollen Funktion sorgst Du für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf und unterstützt flexibel an verschiedenen Produktionsstationen. Mit Deinem Einsatz stellst Du sicher, dass unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards jederzeit eingehalten werden.

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst:

Du springst*flexibel* und selbstständig an verschiedenen Arbeitsplätzen innerhalb der Elektronikproduktion ein (SMD, THT, Montage, Prüfung) ein. Dabei fallen u.a. folgende Aufgaben an:

  • Du rüstest und bereitest das Material für den Produktionsprozess vor
  • Du bestückst und montierst Leiterplatten und Baugruppen nach technischen Vorgaben
  • Du führst Sicht\- und Funktionsprüfungen mit Testgeräten durch und dokumentierst diese
  • Du übernimmst Nacharbeiten, Umbauten und kleinere Reparaturen an elektronischen Baugruppen
  • Du unterstützt bei Instandhaltungs\- und einfachen Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Equipment
  • Du achtest darauf, dass Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit im gesamten Produktionsbereich gewährleistet sind

Was du mitbringst:

  • Erfahrung in der Elektronikproduktion, insbesondere in der SMD\- und THT\-Bestückung
  • Sehr hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, täglich wechselnde Aufgaben zu übernehmen
  • Exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein – auch unter Zeitdruck
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Freude daran, Dich in neue Aufgaben einzuarbeiten
  • Verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit sensiblen Elektronikkomponenten und Maschinen
  • Gute Lötkenntnisse (manuelles Löten und Nacharbeiten)
  • Solide Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • PC\-Grundkenntnisse für Dokumentationen und Prüfprogramme
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit oder flexiblen Arbeitszeiten
