Für einen Kundenstandort in Zürich suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit für einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten mit der Option zur Verlängerung.

In dieser Rolle bist du das Gesicht des Unternehmens und sorgst für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Folgende Aufgaben gehören zu deinem Tätigkeitsbereich:

* Kompetenter und freundlicher Kundenempfang * Begleitung der Kunden zu den Sitzungsräumen * Rasche und zuverlässige Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonen * Getränkeservice inklusive Vor- und Nachbereitung * Verwaltung der Sitzungszimmer * Equipment-Verwaltung * Abwasch, Gläser polieren, mis-en-place Vorbereitungen und allgemeine Küchenarbeiten * Weitere administrative Aufgaben

* Du bist Dienstleister:in aus innerster Überzeugung. * Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung am Empfang in einer ähnlichen Position mit * Ausbildung in der Ganstronomie/Hotellerie oder ähnlich * Du besitzt sehr gute PC- und MS Office-Anwenderkenntnisse. * Deutsch ist deine Muttersprache und du verfügbst zusätzlich über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Du arbeitest selbstständig und proaktiv. * Du überzeugst durch eine sympathische und herzliche Ausstrahlung. * Du bist eine belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit, die Freude an administrativen Aufgaben hat
