Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Freundlicher Empfang und professionelle Betreuung der Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung eingehender Telefonanrufe
  • Bearbeitung allgemeiner Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Koordination und Vereinbarung von Werkstatt- und Serviceterminen
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Kunden- und Fahrzeugdaten
  • Vorbereitung und Ablage von Dokumenten und Unterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellung eines gepflegten und einladenden Empfangsbereichs
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Werkstatt, Service und Verkauf
  • Weiterleitung der Kundenanliegen an die zuständigen internen Ansprechpersonen

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung im Automobilgewerbe ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder fundierte Erfahrung im Büro- beziehungsweise Empfangsbereich
  • Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt und in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Büroanwendungen
  • Freundliches, gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstarke und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Auch in hektischen Situationen behalten Sie den Überblick und treten zuvorkommend auf
