Was du bewegst

  • Du berätst und betreust unsere Gäste am Empfang und am Telefon
  • Du bedienst die Kasse und bist verantwortlich für Kassaabschlüsse
  • Du verkaufst aktiv unser gesamtes Angebot (Einzeleintritte, Mitgliedschaften, Bodymind-Beratungen, Private SPA, Verkaufsartikel etc.)
  • Du pflegst Mitgliederschaftsänderungen in unserem System, vereinbarst Termine und buchst Reservationen
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Erfassung von Störungsmeldungen
  • Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen per Mail und arbeitest mit dem Administrationsteam zusammen

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossene Grund- oder Weiterbildung
  • Fachrichtung: Im Dienstleistungsbereich (z.B. Tourismus, Hotellerie)
  • Berufserfahrung: 1 -- 3 Jahre Erfahrung In einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Du besitzt eine kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit überdurchschnittlicher Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Du bringst eine hohe Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und grosses Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit
  • Du verfügst über gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Du hast ein hohes Mass an Flexibilität hinsichtlich den Einsatzplanung (7 Tage Schichtbetrieb, Abend-, Wochenend- und Feiertagseinsätze)
  • Du bist bereit, kurzfristige Stellvertretungen bei Krankheit oder Ferien zu übernehmen
  • Deutsch (B1)
  • Englisch (A2)
