Collaborateur/trice Gestion des installations & Entretien des opérations #

Tâches

  • Réalisation d-inspections, de maintenances et de réparations sur les installations techniques des bâtiments
  • Exécution des travaux d-entretien, de soin et de maintenance, y compris la gestion des espaces verts et le service hivernal
  • Identification et mise en œuvre de mesures d-optimisation pour assurer un fonctionnement sans accroc
  • Gestion des pièces de rechange ainsi que la tenue à jour de la documentation technique
  • Prise en charge du service de garde et garantie d-une haute disponibilité des installations

Exigences

  • Formation technique de base achevée, de préférence dans le domaine sanitaire ou chauffage, avec certificat fédéral de concierge
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années en gestion des installations ainsi que connaissances approfondies en maintenance et entretien des installations techniques des bâtiments
  • Compréhension technique prononcée ainsi que méthode de travail autonome et orientée solutions
  • Disponibilité pour le service de garde et interventions en dehors des heures de travail régulières
  • Personnalité d-équipe, engagée et responsable avec une présentation professionnelle et une grande conscience de la qualité
