Ob Parkbussen oder Verkehrsdelikte -- die Ordnungsbussen-zentrale kümmert sich um die rasche und korrekte Abwicklung von Ordnungsbussen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Erstellen von Tages- und Monatsabschlüssen sowie manuelles Erfassen von eingegangen Zahlungen * Integrieren von Zahlungsfiles, Rückzahlungen von Falschzahlungen sowie erfassen und mutieren von Ordnungsbussen * Korrespondenz mit Privaten sowie internen und externen Stellen sowie telefonische Auskunftserteilung * Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten * Leisten von sicherheitspolizeilichen Einsätzen (teilweise an Wochenenden)

**Ihr Profil**

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in einer Buchhaltung * Belastbare, serviceorientierte Teamplayer-Persönlichkeit, die auch in stressigen Situationen Ruhe bewahrt * Selbstständige, speditive, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise * Ein ausgesprochenes Flair für Zahlen sowie gute redaktionelle Fähigkeiten * Gute Französischkenntnisse (mind. B1)
