Zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet zählen:

-Entwicklungen unterschiedlicher Lacksysteme: lösemittelhaltig, wässrig sowie auch UV-härtend für verschiedene Anwendungsfelder: z.B. Automotive, Medizinal- und Sanitäranwendungen sowie Luxusuhren und Luxusschreibgeräte -Optimierung bestehender Lackrezepturen hinsichtlich regulatorischer Gesichtspunkte, Leistung und Kosten -Prüfung der Neu- und Weiterentwicklungen nach Kundenspezifikationen, eigenverantwortlich und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Prüflabor -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktions- und Qualitätskontrollteam -Technische Betreuung von Kunden, bei Bedarf auch vor Ort

Wir wünschen uns:

-Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lacklaborant/in, Lacktechniker/in oder Lackingenieur/in -Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Lackformulierung und -entwicklung -Lösungs- und dienstleistungsorientierte Denkweise sowie konstruktiver Umgang mit Kundenanforderungen -Zielstrebige, zuverlässige und proaktive Arbeitsweise -Teamfähige, freundliche, flexible und kommunikative Persönlichkeit -Reisebereitschaft (Inland / Ausland) -Deutsch fliessend und gute Englisch Kenntnisse sind zwingend, weitere -Sprachkenntnisse wie z.B. Spanisch, Italienisch sind ein Pluspunkt (Kundenbesuche vor Ort im Ausland)
