Die Heilsarmee Schweiz ist eine Kirche und soziale Non\-Profit\-Organisation und bietet Menschen in herausfordernden Lebenslagen unkomplizierte Unterstütz ung. Im Auftrag der Stadt Bern bietet sie in Kollektivunterkünften Plätze für Menschen aus dem Asyl\- und Flüchtlingsbereich an. Die Kollektivunter kunft (KU) Tiefenau in Bern hat 492 Plätze und könnte auf eine Kapazität von 750 Plätze aufgestockt werden.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Mitarbeiter/in.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ansprechperson für Bewohnende bei gesundheitlichen und psychischen Anliegen
  • Durchführung von medizinischen Erstabklärungen und Triagen
  • Erste Unterstützung bei Verletzungen und Wunden im Rahmen der vorhandenen Kompetenzen sowie Organisation bzw. Vermittlung der weiteren medizinischen Versorgung.
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination medizinischer Abklärungen und Behandlungen sowie Vermittlung zwischen Bewohnenden und externen Gesundheitsfachstellen
  • Organisation von Dolmetscherdiensten für interne und externe Termine und Organisation notwendiger Fahrdienste
  • Führung, Pflege und Aktualisierung medizinischer Klient/\-innendossiers und datenschutzkonforme Dokumentation in NFAM
  • Fachliche Unterstützung von Zivildienstleistenden, Praktikant/innen und neuen Mitarbeitenden im eigenen Fachbereich.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitsbereich (z. B. Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ, Pflegefachperson HF/FH, Medizinische Praxisassistenz oder vergleichbare Ausbildung) und Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit im Sozial\- oder Asylbereich / mit Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Kulturen von Vorteil
  • Transkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englisch\-, Französisch\- und weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und im Umgang mit Datenbanken
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie vernetztes und flexibles Denken
  • Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sorgfältiger und respektvoller Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Menschen
  • Wahrung eines professionellen Nähe\-Distanz\-Verhältnisses im Kontakt mit Bewohnenden
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe medizinische Sachverhalte adressatengerecht zu vermitteln
  • Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen ruhig und lösungsorientiert zu handeln
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur gegenseitigen Unterstützung
  • Einwandfreier Straf\- und Sonderprivatauszug
