Ihre Aufgaben Als Giesstechnologe ist Ihr Schwerpunkt die optimieren von Serien\- und Musterbauteile sowie die zugehörigen Fertigungsprozesse. Sie erarbeiten die Modell\- und Giesstechnik, begleiten Musterbauteile bis zur Serienfreigabe und überwachen die Serienfertigung. Bei Qualitätsabweichungen und Reklamationen führen Sie die Ursachenanalyse durch und setzen die erforderlichen Korrekturmassnahmen um. Zusätzlich beraten Sie Kunden technisch und erstellen Offerten mit Machbarkeitsanalysen.

Ihr Profil Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine giessereitechnische Grundausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Eisenguss (Gusstechnologe, Modellbauer, etc.) Von Vorteil ist eine entsprechende Weiterbildung als Giessereitechniker oder \-meister (alternativ langjährige Berufserfahrung und die Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung).

Selbstständigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kontaktfreudigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sind nur einige wichtige Attribute. Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute IT\-Kenntnisse setzten wir voraus. Englisch und Französisch sind von Vorteil.
