Der Oeschberg der Lebensort bietet landliebenden Menschen aus der ganzen Schweiz einen Wohn- und Lebensraum, in welchem sie ihre Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten zum Wohl der Gemeinschaft einbringen können. Wir sind ein offenes Haus und in der Region historisch verwurzelt. Als Selbstversorger ist unser Zyklus von der Natur geprägt und bietet so verschiedene Einsatzmöglichkeiten für unsere Bewohnenden. Wir unterstützen die Bewohnenden in Situationen, welche sie nicht mehr alleine bewältigen können.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Hauswirtschafts-Team, suchen wir, per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung, eine offene und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als:

Mitarbeiter\*in Hauswirtschaft 50 - 80%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit in allen hauswirtschaftlichen Bereichen
  • Ausführen aller Reinigungsarbeiten (Grundreinigung, Zwischenreinigung, laufende Reinigung)
  • Ausführen von Arbeiten in der Wäscheversorgung
  • Einsätze in der Küche, Abwaschküche und im Speisesaal
  • Betreuung und Mithilfe bei diversen Aktivitäten mit den Bewohnenden

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Bereich Hauswirtschaft
  • Sie sind flexibel, belastbar, teamfähig, können aber auch selbständig arbeiten
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen die auf Betreuung angewiesen sind
  • kunden- und dienstleistungsorientiertes arbeiten
  • stufengerechte und wertschätzende Kommunikation
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft für Wochenenddienst-Einsätze
