Die Spitex SAW unterstützt ältere Menschen mit alltagsnahen hauswirtschaftlichen, betreuerischen und sozialen Dienstleistungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort befristet bis 31. Oktober 2027 eine engagierte, zuverlässige und einfühlsame Persönlichkeit als Mitarbeiter\*in Hauswirtschaft und Betreuung.

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie erfüllen hauswirtschaftliche und betreuerische Aufgaben gemäss Hilfs- und Pflegeplanung sowie den Standards und Richtlinien der Spitex SAW. Die Kund\*innen beziehen Sie wenn möglich aktiv in die Tätigkeiten ein.
  • Sie erbringen bedarfsgerechte Betreuungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen und tragen damit zu einer hohen Lebensqualität der Kund\*innen bei.
  • Sie beobachten Veränderungen bei unseren Kund\*innen, dokumentieren diese fachgerecht und informieren die zuständige Fallführung Hauswirtschaft und Betreuung über wichtige Beobachtungen.
  • Sie nehmen aktiv an Sitzungen, Rapporten und Fallbesprechungen teil, holen wichtige Informationen selbstständig ein und stellen deren Weitergabe sicher.
  • Sie kommunizieren zuverlässig, professionell und adressatengerecht - sowohl im persönlichen Kontakt als auch per E-Mail.

Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung im Bereich Hauswirtschaft und/oder Betreuung, vorzugsweise in einer Spitex-Organisation
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und ausgeprägte Kund\*innen- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit, physische und psychische Belastbarkeit sowie Flexibilität und Offenheit gegenüber Veränderungen
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse mind. Niveau B1 sowie eine sichere und professionelle Kommunikation
  • Besitz eines gültigen Führerausweises der Kategorie B sowie Bereitschaft, Einsätze im gesamten Einsatzgebiet selbstständig mit dem Auto wahrzunehmen
