Unser 5\-köpfiges HRM\-Team verantwortet die Personaladministration und Lohnverarbeitung für die beiden Standorte der Institution «jetzt Niedersimmental AG» und engagiert sich ausserdem in den Bereichen Rekrutierung, Personalentwicklung und Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement.

Für unser HRM\-Team suchen wir befristet von Januar bis Juni 2027 Verstärkung aufgrund einer Mutterschaft. Die Stelle ist damit ideal, wenn du im Rahmen einer weiterführenden Ausbildung / deines Studiums praktische Erfahrung im Bereich HR Management erwerben möchtest oder eine sinnvolle Zwischenlösung mit echtem Inhalt willst.

Diesen Beitrag kannst du leisten

  • Bearbeitung der Unfall\- und Krankmeldungen von A\-Z
  • Pflege und Koordination der Abwesenheitserfassungen infolge Krankheit oder Unfall im Zeitwirtschaftssystem Polypoint und Durchführung der wöchentliche Absenz\-Kontrolle
  • Erstellung des monatlichen Absenzen\-Reportings
  • Koordination der Gesundheitsgespräche
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Führungspersonen im Absenzenmanagement und im Wiedereingliederungsprozess
  • Unterstützung der Lohnverarbeitung mit Vorbereitungsarbeiten rund um Arbeitsunfähigkeiten (z.B. Taggeldabrechnungen, Beitragsbefreiung Pensionskasse, Lohn\- und Ferienkürzungen)
  • Unterstützung des HRM\-Teams in weiteren Bereichen des Personalmanagements

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich / im Bachelor\- oder Masterstudium idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Angewandte Psychologie oder Wirtschaft
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe
  • Loyale und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit und ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
  • Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit Hands\-on\-Mentalität
