Die Opferberatungsstelle Schwyz und Uri ist eine unabhängige Fachstelle, die im Auftrag der Kantone Schwyz und Uri die Beratung von Gewaltopfern wahrnimmt. Wir setzen uns mit Engagement und Fachkompetenz für die Unterstützung von Menschen ein, die von Straftaten betroffen sind. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine\*n 

Mitarbeiter\*in im Sekretariat und Intake 80% ##

Der Aufgabenbereich umfasst den Erstkontakt mit Klient\*innen und Fachpersonen - persönlich, telefonisch und per E-Mail -, die Terminvergabe, sowie die Eröffnung, Pflege und den Abschluss von Fall-Dossiers.

Ein weiterer Bestandteil des Aufgabenbereichs umfasst die sorgfältige Bearbeitung des Rechnungswesens, einschliesslich der Verbuchung, Kontrolle und Weiterverarbeitung relevanter Finanzunterlagen.

Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie allgemeine Sekretariats- und Administrationsarbeiten wie Post-, E-Mail- und Datenmanagement, die organisatorische Unterstützung des Teams und der Geschäftsleitung sowie die Büroorganisation inklusive Materialverwaltung und Betreuung der Infrastruktur.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im sozialen Bereich
  • Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
  • Fundierte Computerkenntnisse (v.a. Office-Anwendungen)
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, empathische und respektvolle Umgangsweise
  • Belastbarkeit und ruhiger Umgang mit schwierigen Situationen
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
