Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Jegenstorf suchen wir eine/n

Mitarbeiter/in Innendienst (m/w) (50 \- 80%) ============================================

Der Innendienst umfasst folgende Aufgaben (Branche Bauhauptgewerbe):

  • Entgegennahme Kontrollaufträge vom Auftraggeber (Bauhauptgewerbe, Vorbereitung Dossiers, Erteilung Aufträge zur Durchführung der Kontrollen an unsere Revisoren
  • Laufende Korrespondenz mit zu kontrollierenden Betrieben
  • Kontrolle der fertigen Dossiers, nötigenfalls Abklärung mit den Revisoren
  • Durchführung von sog. „Pultkontrollen“ (Kleinstfirmen), samt nötigen Abklärungen
  • Versand der Kontrollergebnisse an den Auftraggeber
  • Nötige Einträge in der Software zur Überwachung der Kontrollen

Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Hohe Softwareaffinität, gute MS Office\-Kenntnisse
  • Logisches Denkvermögen, Zahlenaffinität
  • Organisiert, strukturiert arbeitend
  • Interesse an rechtlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Fehlerfreie schriftliche Formulierung in deutscher Sprache
  • 25 – 40 jährig
