The posting

Das Seniorenzentrum Wier und das Wohnheim Speer in Ebnat-Kappel bieten 118 betagten Menschen ein Zuhause. Das Angebot umfasst unterschiedliche Wohnformen für leicht bis schwer pflegebedürftige Menschen. Weiter werden Kurzzeitaufenthalte, Tagesgäste, Mittags-tisch, Mahlzeitendienst und Bankette für interne und externe Gäste angeboten.

Wir suchen per 1. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung für das Wohnheim Speer mit 24 Bewohnenden eine/n:

Mitarbeiter/in Küche 30 – 40% (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Zubereitung von Speisen
  • Bedienung der Bewohnenden zu den Hauptmahlzeiten
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Hygienevorschriften
  • Abwasch von Geschirr, Küchenutensilien und Geräten
  • Bedienung von Gästen an internen und externen Anlässen

Wir erwarten:

  • Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder im Service
  • Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude und Herzlichkeit im Umgang mit den Bewohnenden, Angehörigen und Gästen
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
