Mit Ihrem Fachwissen tragen Sie dazu bei, dass Massnahmenkosten sorgfältig, effizient und nachvollziehbar verwaltet werden. Arbeiten Sie in einem sinnstiftenden Umfeld, in dem Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team einen wichtigen Beitrag im Bereich des Kindes\\- und Erwachsenenschutzes leisten. \\Ihre Aufgaben\\ \* Sicherstellen einer effizienten, rechtskonformen und wirtschaftlichen Bearbeitung aller Massnahmenkosten der KESB\\-Standorte \* Kostenaufstellungen prüfen, Kostengutsprachen bewirtschaften und Fristen sowie Finanzflüsse überwachen \* Kostenbeteiligungen berechnen, abrechnen, einfordern und Klageverfahren im Kindesschutz vorbereitend begleiten \* Debitoren\\- und Kreditorenrechnungen prüfen, kontieren, bearbeiten und Forderungen einreichen \* Klientenbuchhaltung pflegen, Kontrolllisten erstellen und Auszahlungen an Mandatstragende und Pflegeeltern abwickeln \\Ihr Profil\\ \* Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss \* Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld, idealerweise in der öffentlichen Verwaltung \* Fachausweis Rechnungswesen oder Sozialversicherungsfachfrau/\\-mann von Vorteil \* Gute Kenntnisse in Buchführung, Rechnungsablage und vertieftes Wissen im Sozialversicherungsrecht \* Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch und ösisch \* Organisierte, verlässliche und exakte Arbeitsweise \\Wir bieten Ihnen\\ Davon, dass der Kanton Bern ein in jeder Hinsicht fairer Arbeitgeber mit sehr guten Anstellungsbedingungen ist, dürfen Sie zu Recht ausgehen.
