Das Steueramt nimmt zahlreiche Aufgaben bei der Besteuerung natürlicher und juristischer Personen auf städtischem Boden wahr. Wir versorgen den Stadthaushalt mit finanziellen Mitteln und stehen der Bevölkerung sowie Unternehmen mit unserem Kundenservice zur Verfügung.

**Deine Aufgaben**

* Selbstständige und kompetente Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Kundenanfragen, Anliegen und Geschäftsfälle im Bereich Steuerpflicht, Veranlagung und Steuerrechnung unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden gesetzlichen Grundlagen (z.B. Mutation von Akontorechnungen bei natürlichen Personen) * Professionelle Erstberatung und Auskunftserteilung gegenüber internen und externen Kund\*innen zu steuerlichen Fragestellungen * Bearbeitung von Beschwerden, Reklamationen und anspruchsvollen Kundensituationen * Selbstständige Abklärungen mit internen und externen Fachstellen * Aktives Mitdenken sowie Erkennen von Optimierungs- und Verbesserungspotenzial in bestehenden Abläufen und Prozessen und aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Kundendienstprozesse

**Dein Profil**

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (EFZ, 3 bis 4 Jahre) * Weiterbildung auf Stufe Fachausweis und fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuerbereich von Vorteil * Verständnis für juristische und steuerrechtliche Fragestellungen * Hohe Sozialkompetenz, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Freude am Kundenkontakt und positives Menschenbild * Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Leistungsbereitschaft und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise * Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Entscheidungsfreude und lösungsorientiertes Denken * Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten als Repräsentant\*in der Stadt Luzern * Gute digitale Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen IT-Anwendungen

Im Steueramt der Stadt Luzern setzen wir unser Berufsbild \<\\> täglich um und erfüllen wichtige Aufgaben für Stadt und Kanton. Der Kundendienst ist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Steuerkundschaft. Die Mitarbeitenden unseres Kundendienstes sind die Visitenkarte des Steueramtes.
