Für unser Team suchen wir eine zuverlässige, motivierte und lernbereite Persönlichkeit für den Bereich Logistik und Auftragsabwicklung.

Was sind die Aufgaben in dieser Position? In dieser Position übernehmen Sie organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben im Logistikteam. Sie erstellen Berichte, koordinieren Informationen und halten dabei den Kontakt zu den internen Abteilungen aufrecht.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere: - Erstellung und Pflege von Berichten, Daten und Dokumenten - Bearbeitung und Erfassung von Aufträgen im System - Koordination und Weitergabe von Informationen - Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen - Organisation und Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben und Terminen - Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung des Logistikteams

Sie müssen dabei nicht von Anfang an alles können. Wir zeigen Ihnen die Abläufe, erklären die einzelnen Aufgaben und begleiten Sie während der Einarbeitung.

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.

Anforderungen an die Bewerber: - Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt bei der Arbeit - Gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten - Sicherer Umgang mit dem Computer und gängigen Office-Anwendungen - Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein - Kenntnisse der deutschen und/oder englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

Wir suchen eine Person, die ihre Aufgaben sorgfältig erledigt, Verantwortung übernimmt und bereit ist, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Dabei sind uns nicht nur bisherige Erfahrungen wichtig, sondern auch die Persönlichkeit, die Motivation und die Bereitschaft, gemeinsam mit dem Unternehmen zu wachsen.
