Als Spezialist in der Vermittlung von Fach\- und Hilfspersonal in den Bereichen Bau, Handwerk, Technik und Industrie unterstützen wir unsere Kunden bei der Suche nach dem richtigen Personal, vorwiegend für Temporär Einsätze. Wir dürfen viele namhafte Unternehmen seit Jahren zu unseren Stammkunden zählen, weil wir ihre Wünsche und Bedürfnisse immer wieder in den Mittelpunkt stellen und auch mal das Unmögliche möglich machen. Ein wichtiger Teil, damit wir weiterhin auch mal das Unmögliche möglich machen können, ist eine effiziente und sympathische Buchhaltung. Wir suchen für unsere Lohnbuchhaltung am Hauptsitz in Basel: eine positive und erfahrene Person, die Zahlen, Fakten und Menschen liebt. Mitarbeiter:in Lohnbuchhaltung / Payroll 100% Du kümmerst dich zusammen mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen um die gesamte Lohnbuchhaltung unserer Temporären Mitarbeitenden von A\-Z. Dazu gehören: \- Regelmässige Lohnläufe (inkl. Unfall\- und Krankentagegeldmanagement) \- Mutationen und Anpassungen im ERP \- Abrechnungen mit unseren Sozial\- und Zusatzversicherern \- Ansprechpartner/\-in für weitere Lohnbestandteile wie EO, KiZu \- Erstellung und Verbuchung der Quellensteuerabrechnung \- Unterstützung der Finanzbuchhaltung \- Abstimmungsarbeiten und Mithilfe in Bilanzarbeiten Wir erwarten: \- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse \- Andere Landessprache (FR oder IT) von Vorteil \- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position \- Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung, Lohnadministration und/oder Sozialversicherungen von Vorteil \- Fundierte MS\-Office Kenntnisse \- Verantwortungsvolle, aufgestellte und stressresistente Persönlichkeit Wir bieten: \- Gelebte Teamkultur \- Weiterbildungs\- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten \- Ein lebendiges Umfeld, in dem du deine Stärken jeden Tag einsetzen kannst \- Vielseitige administrative Aufgaben.
