Unsere Kinderarztpraxis bietet ein breites pädiatrisches Angebot mit zahlreichen spezialisierten Sprechstunden. Am Empfang laufen alle Fäden zusammen – hier beginnt die Betreuung unserer kleinen und grösseren Patienten.

  • Erfassen der Patienten (Erstkontakt)
  • Telefonberatung
  • Organisation der Termine
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten (Anmeldung von Patienten zu Abklärungen, Mailbearbeitung, Rezepte versenden, Berichte anfordern, usw.)
  • Telefontriage

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur med. Sekretärin / zum med. Sekretär oder medizinische Grundausbildung
  • Gewandter Umgang mit MS\-Office (Word, Outlook) von Vorteil
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige, flexible, dynamisch, motivierte und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Du bist verantwortungsbewusst und engagierst dich in der Arbeitsgestaltung
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute ösischkenntnisse, Fremdsprachen erwünscht
