Wir bieten 60 Pflegeheimplätze und erbringen Heimex\\-Dienstleistungen für die benachbarten Alterswohnungen. Dabei stellen wir stets das Wohl unserer Bewohnenden ins Zentrum unseres Handelns. So sieht Ihr Alltag aus \* Sie sind für die Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden verantwortlich und stellen deren Begleitung im Alltag gemäss den individuellen Wünschen sicher. \* Sie übernehmen abwechslungsreiche und interessante Pflegeaufträge (Demenz, Langzeitpflege und Kurzaufenthalte) und halten Ihre Arbeiten in der Pflegedokumentation Care Coach fest. \* Bei Interesse und entsprechender Eignung haben Sie die Möglichkeit als Themenverantwortliche Person sich aktiv einzubringen und einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu unserem Erfolg zu leisten.
