In dieser vielseitigen Funktion arbeitest du aktiv in der Produktion mit und unterstützt gleichzeitig die Produktionsleitung bei Planung, Organisation und Administration. Was du bewegst

  • Du bist flexibel in allen Produktionsbereichen einsetzbar (Schneiderei, Rüsterei, Tiefkühler und Kommissionierung)
  • Du unterstützt den Einkauf sowie das Bestellwesen
  • Du setzt unsere internen Qualitäts\-, Hygiene\- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien konsequent um
  • Du unterstützt den Produktionsleiter bei administrativen Aufgaben und in der Produktionsplanung
  • Du übernimmst die Stellvertretung des Produktionsleiters bei dessen Abwesenheit
  • Du koordinierst und organisierst das Tagesgeschäft aktiv mit

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ)
  • Fachrichtung: Fleischfachmann/\-frau
  • Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 2\-3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Fleischverarbeitung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Hohes Qualitäts\- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS\-Office\-Anwendungen
  • Deutsch (C1\)
