Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative Produktionsplanung: Sie koordinieren die Herstellungstermine für sterile und unsterile Produkte unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten und Lieferfristen.
  • AVOR: Sie stellen sicher, dass die benötigten Materialien, Anlagen und Herstellunterlagen zum richtigen Zeitpunkt für die Produktion verfügbar sind.
  • Master Data Management: Sie pflegen und optimieren GMP kritische Stammdaten wie Stücklisten und Materialstämme in SAP und gewährleisten damit die Datenintegrität.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Sie übernehmen eine wichtige Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Produktion, Supply Chain Management und Qualitätssicherung.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Sie unterstützen die Gestaltung effizienter Planungsprozesse in der bestehenden SAP Umgebung.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und praktische Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung mit SAP gesammelt.
  • Sie verstehen die regulatorischen Anforderungen einer Arzneimittelherstellung und wissen, wie wichtig eine hohe Dokumentationsqualität im GMP Umfeld ist.
  • Sie bringen praktische Erfahrung im GMP Umfeld mit.
  • Sie behalten auch bei unterschiedlichen Herstellungsverfahren und Anforderungen den Überblick.
  • Sie sind kommunikationsstark und verstehen es, die Bedürfnisse der Produktion mit den Anforderungen des Supply Chain Managements zu verbinden.
