Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Du unterstützt die Projektleitung eines Grossprojekts in diversen administrativen und organisatorischen Anliegen
  • Du führst den administrativen Prozess der Unternehmerrechnungen
  • Du hilfst im Freigabeprozess von Unternehmer\-Offerten mit
  • Du wirkst bei Abgleichen zwischen der Baubuchhaltung und dem ERP\-System der Bauherrschaft aktiv mit
  • Du behältst den Überblick über Dokumente wie Verträge und Garantiescheine \- du prüfst, verarbeitest und archivierst sie zuverlässig
  • Du verwaltest fachgerecht projektbezogene Dokumente und Daten
  • Du pflegst die entsprechenden Datenbanken zuverlässig in Excel
  • Du pflegst den Kontakt zu Kunden und Partnern und sorgst für eine klare Kommunikation
  • Du koordinierst Termine und Besprechungen, bereitest Unterlagen auf und achtest auf eine saubere Protokollführung
  • Du stellst sicher, dass vom Empfang bis zur Post alles reibungslos funktioniert

Dein Profil -----------

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bauumfeld
  • Du bist digital affin und die MS\-Office\-Palette ist dir bestens vertraut
  • Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
  • Fremdsprachen sind willkommen, aber kein Muss
  • Du bist flexibel, zuverlässig und motiviert
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick, arbeitest strukturiert und achtest auf Details
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und der Kaffee schmeckt besser, wenn du dabei bist
