Als zentrale Drehscheibe im Projektmanagement Office unterstützen Sie unsere Bauprojektleitenden bei vielseitigen und vernetzten Aufgaben. Mit Ihrer professionellen Arbeitsweise leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur effizienten Projektabwicklung und Qualitätssicherung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Projekt\- und Administrationssupport für die Projektleitenden ( Protokollführung, Terminorganisation, Rechnungskontrolle) sowie zentrale Anlaufstelle für externe Projektbeteiligte
  • Verantwortung für definierte Prozessschritte im Beschaffungs\- und Vergabeverfahren über DAHochbau und SIMAP bis hin zur Erstellung von Vertragsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitenden bei kantonalen Prozessen, Abläufen und Zuständigkeiten sowie Koordination interner Schnittstellen
  • Bereichsübergreifende Aufgaben in der internen Kommunikation sowie Sitzungsorganisation
  • Anwender\- und SuperUser\-Support sowie Bewirtschaftung von Arbeits\- und Fachanwendungen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Methoden und Arbeitsmitteln im Projektmanagement Office

Ihr Profil

  • Proaktive, selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder vergleichbaren Bereich mit grossem Interesse für Projektmanagement und die Baubranche
  • Vernetztes Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
  • Affinität für IT\-Systeme und sichere Anwendung der MS\-Office\-Palette
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; gute mündliche Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
