Voici vos tâches : ###

  • Vous veillez à ce que nos produits de haute qualité soient finalisés dans les meilleures conditions
  • Vous contrôlez la qualité de traitement de nos circuits imprimés au microscope
  • Vous vérifiez les informations produit avec les documents clients

Ce que vous apportez : ###

  • Vous avez une formation professionnelle EFZ ou équivalente
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en MS Office
  • Maîtrise courante de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit
  • Travail concentré sur de longues périodes au microscope
  • Vous êtes résistant(e), patient(e) et capable de travailler en équipe
  • Grande conscience de la qualité et de l-hygiène ainsi qu-une méthode de travail propre
  • Esprit d-équipe, résistance au stress et flexibilité

Horaires flexibles

Avec une semaine de travail standard de 42 heures, les collaborateurs peuvent cumuler de manière flexible +50 ou -30 heures.

Congés

Cinq à six semaines de congés par an, selon l-âge.

Jours fériés payés

Les collaborateurs bénéficient de congés payés pour les 14 jours fériés reconnus dans le canton de Schwyz.

Télétravail

Les collaborateurs en poste administratif peuvent travailler jusqu-à deux jours par semaine depuis leur domicile.

Congés sans solde

Les collaborateurs ont droit à deux semaines de congés sans solde par an. Des congés sans solde plus longs peuvent être convenus sur demande.

Congé maternité

Prestation standard : 14 semaines avec salaire complet Prestation étendue : 16 semaines de salaire complet après cinq ans de service

Congé paternité

Prestation standard : deux semaines avec salaire complet Prestation étendue : trois semaines de salaire complet après cinq ans de service
