Mitarbeiter/in Qualitätssicherung 100% Wir sind ein traditioneller, innovativer und dynamischer Fleischwarenhersteller mit einem nationalen Kundenstamm in Gewerbe, Industrie, Lebensmittelhandel und Catering mit Sitz in Balsthal. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Mitarbeiter/in Qualitätssicherung Ihre Aufgaben: Sicherstellen der Hygiene und der Sauberkeit im ganzen Betrieb Lebensmittelsicherheit und Rückverfolgbarkeit gewährleisten Standard nach IFS\-Richtlinien aufrechterhalten Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen und externen Audits Proben entnehmen und Analysen auswerten Neuerstellung von Etiketten Erstellen und Verwaltung von Dokumenten und Daten der QS Projekte durchführen für die Betriebsoptimierung Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Lebensmittelwissenschaften, Lebensmittelchemie, Lebensmittelmikrobiologie, Ökotrophologie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Verständnis und Kenntnis der Qualitätsmanagement Normen Kenntnisse in den Bereichen HACCP und GHP sowie in der Bewertung von mikrobiologischen und chemischen Prüfergebnissen Berufserfahrung in der Fleischbranche von Vorteil Organisations\- und Innovationstalent Gute MS Office\-Kenntnisse Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Ausserdem sind Sie zuverlässig, belastbar, kooperationsfähig und haben eine selbstständige und flexible Arbeitsweise.
