Die Yooji's Manufaktur, welche zur Two Spice AG gehört, bietet ein vielseitiges und exquisites Angebot an Sushi, Sashimi und vielem mehr. Die Produktionsstätte der Two Spice Manufaktur befindet sich in Rümlang und beschäftigt über 90 Mitarbeitende. Täglich werden diverse Köstlichkeiten vorgefertigt und mehrmals täglich an die Yooji's Restaurants und Stores geliefert. Auch eigens entwickelte Produkte für unsere japanische Retail Marke ZENBU, werden in der Manufaktur produziert. ZENBU Produkte wie Sushi, Poké, Onigiri und vegane Feinkost werden für Coop produziert und sind schweizweit direkt bei Coop erhältlich. Möchtest du Teil unseres Teams werden? **Aufgaben**

* Keimfreie Reinigung von Werkzeugen und Geschirr in der Abwaschküche * Reinigung der Produktionsräumlichkeiten, Büro, Nasszellen, Garderoben, Aufenthaltsraum * Fachgerechte Anwendung von industriellen Reinigungsmitteln * Allgemeine Entsorgungs- und Aufräumarbeiten * Einhaltung des Hygienekonzepts und des Reinigungstandards * Rotierende Arbeiten im Bereich der Reinigung

**Anforderungen**

* 2--3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Reinigung, vorzugsweise in einem Lebensmittelproduzierenden Bereich * Saubere, zuverlässige, speditive und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise * Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten * Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten * Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
