Aufgaben ##

  • Sie stellen ein attraktives Angebot im Restaurant bereit und präsentieren es fachgerecht und gastfreundlich.
  • Sie bedienen Buffet und Kasse, unterstützen beim Mittagsservice und helfen bei betrieblichen Anlässen mit.
  • Sie führen Kundengespräche, kontrollieren Lebensmittel, führen Bestellungen durch und unterstützen die Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter.
  • Sie organisieren Ihre Aufgaben selbständig und halten Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben ein.
  • Sie reinigen, warten Geräte, melden Störungen und sichern die Einhaltung des Entsorgungskonzepts.

Profil ##

  • Freude am Kontakt mit Bewohnenden, Leidenschaft für den Beruf, hohe Qualitätsansprüche sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie, Restauration oder Service, von Vorteil in der Umgebung von alten Menschen
  • Abgeschossene Ausbildung als Praktiker\*in Hauswirtschaft-Hotellerie EBA oder vergleichbare Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit, Sorgfalt und Flexibilität sowie sehr gute Deutsch- sowie EDV-kenntnisse
  • Ein regelmässiger Arbeitsbeginn um 07.30 Uhr ist für Sie möglich
