Am Gymnasium Interlaken mit seiner Abteilung in Gstaad lernen und lehren gut 450 Schülerinnen und Schüler und 70 Lehrpersonen. Damit ist das Gymnasium Interlaken das kleinste öffentliche Gymnasium im Kanton Bern. Für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Schule setzen sich Mitarbeitende in der Verwaltung und im Hausdienst sowie die Schulleitung als Team ein. Unsere Schule zeichnet sich durch eine persönliche Atmosphäre aus.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie koordinieren und verantworten administrative Abläufe und erledigen Sekretariats-arbeiten im Team mit zwei Mitarbeiterinnen und der Schulleitung. Ihre Hauptgebiete sind die Bereiche Kommunikation (z. B. Betreuung der Webseite und des Infodisplays), Schulleitungssupport (z. B. Korrespondenz, Terminplanung) und allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten (z. B. Protokollführung und Telefondienst). Zudem helfen Sie mit bei der Organisation unserer schulischen Anlässe (z. B. Informationsveranstaltung), bearbeiten Anmeldungen, erstellen Unterlagen und übernehmen die Korrespondenz mit internen und externen Stellen.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung.
  • Sie sind initiativ, flexibel, selbständig und verfassen gerne Texte.
  • Sie haben Freude an einem lebhaften Betrieb mit Kontakt zu Lehrpersonen, Schülerinnen und Schülern, Eltern sowie Behörden und arbeiten gerne in einem kleinen Team.
  • Sie behalten auch in hektischen Phasen den Überblick, arbeiten exakt und organisieren administrative Abläufe effizient und zuverlässig.
  • Sie sind bereit, sich in die vielfältigen Aufgaben eines Schulsekretariats einzuarbeiten, verfügen über sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und bewegen sich sicher in der digitalen Kommunikation. Anwenderkenntnisse in Schulsoftware (Evento) sind von Vorteil.
