Das Gymnasium Neufeld ist eine staatliche Schule des Kantons Bern mit rund 1'850 Schüler:innen, 200 Lehrpersonen und 60 Angestellten. Die Schule stellt klare und hohe Anforderungen an die Lehrenden und Lernenden und legt Wert auf eine umfassende Beratung und Betreuung. Sie ist unterteilt nach den Schwerpunktfächern in eine geistes- und humanwissenschaftliche, eine mathematisch-naturwissenschaftliche sowie eine wirtschafts- und rechtswissenschaftliche Abteilung. Die Ausbildung in der vierten Abteilung, der Berner Maturitätsschule für Erwachsene, führt zu einem Maturitätsabschluss oder zur Passerellen-Prüfung. Die fünfte Abteilung, die kantonale Fachmittelschule, bietet einen drei- bzw. vierjährigen Bildungsgang mit kantonalem Fachmittelschul- bzw. Fachmaturitätsabschluss an.

Ihre Aufgaben

Als Mitarbeiter:in Sekretariat erfüllen Sie eine wichtige Drehscheibenfunktion in der Schuladministration. Sie unterstützen die Schulleitung, betreuen Verwaltungsprozesse und entwickeln diese weiter. Sie engagieren sich als Teil unseres Sekretariatsteams im abwechslungsreichen Schulalltag. Sie stehen in direktem Kontakt mit Schüler:innen, Lehrpersonen, Eltern und Behörden, beantworten Anfragen kompetent und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Kurz: Sie organisieren, koordinieren, kommunizieren -- und behalten auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick.

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung. Erfahrung im Schulumfeld oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich sind von Vorteil. Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und kommunizieren stilsicher auf Deutsch. Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse sind willkommen. Sie schätzen den Austausch mit unseren unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen und sind versiert im Umgang mit Informatikanwendungen. Sie sind belastbar und arbeiten selbstständig, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst.
