Als erste Ansprechperson, sowohl am Empfang wie auch telefonisch, bist du die Visitenkarte der Radiologie Lindenhof.

  • Du empfängst unsere Patientinnen und Patienten, erledigst Aufnahmeformalitäten und bearbeitest Anfragen kundenorientiert.
  • Das Bearbeiten von allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben rundet deinen abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltag ab.
  • Du arbeitest in fixen Diensten (ohne Wochenende und Feiertage).

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung als medizinische/r Praxisassistent/in oder eine gleichwertige Grundausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung als medizinische/r Sekretär/in.
  • Bereits vorhandene Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen ist von grossem Vorteil.
  • Du legst Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit, qualitätsbewusstes und effizientes Arbeiten und deine EDV Kenntnisse bringst du gerne in die Arbeit mit ein.
  • Mit deinem stilsicheren Deutsch sowie den guten mündlichen Französisch- und Englischkenntnissen, fällt es dir leicht unsere Patienten und Patientinnen kundenorientiert zu empfangen.
