Für die Senevita Dorfmatt in Münsingen suchen wir per 1. Oktober 2026 ein/e

Mitarbeiter/-in Service 100% #

Deine Aufgaben ##

  • Du übernimmst sämtliche Serviceaufgaben in unserem Restaurant und Café und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Du betreust unsere Gäste aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und servierst Speisen und Getränke fachgerecht
  • Bei grösseren Anlässen und Banketten unterstützt du unser Team engagiert und tatkräftig
  • Du bereitest die Plateaus sowie den Service für die bestellten Mittagessen unserer Bewohnenden sorgfältig vor
  • Bei Bedarf unterstützt du zudem die Pflegeabteilungen im Servicebereich

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Restaurantfachfrau/-mann EFZ und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Betrieb mit gepflegtem Service, idealerweise in der Hotellerie
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, sehr gute Umgangsformen sowie ein hohes Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit betagten und kranken Menschen
  • Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten, einschliesslich Wochenend- und Abenddiensten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gutes Verständnis von Schweizerdeutsch
