Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Überwachung des automatisierten Einsatzablaufs der Servicetechniker
  • Entgegennahme der Störungsmeldungen und Suppliesbestellungen am Telefon oder Email
  • Zeitverzugslose Weiterleitung der Störungen an den entsprechenden Servicetechniker
  • Planung des externen und internen Einsatzes der Servicetechniker
  • Bearbeitung der Störungsmeldungen im ERP\-System
  • Unterstützen von internen und externen Kunden bei Anfragen (Geräte\-Software und Hardware)
  • Fakturierung der Arbeitseinsätze und Suppliesbestellungen

Dein Profil -----------

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im KV oder in der Informatik
  • Technisches Know\-how
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Gute IT\-Kenntnisse auf Anwenderebene (MS\-Office Palette und Helpdesk\-Tools)
  • Deutsche Muttersprache, Französischkenntnisse sind vorhanden und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
