Seit über 35 Jahren sind wir spezialisiert auf die Vermittlung und den Verleih von Personal in diversen Branchen, hauptsächlich in den Bereichen Bauhaupt- und Baunebengewerbe, Handwerk, Technik und Industrie.

Für unseren Kunden suchen wir engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Paketsortierer/innen mit einem sicheren Umgang mit Zahlen. Der Einsatzort befindet sich in Härkingen (SO). Es erwartet Sie eine langfristige Temporäranstellung mit der Option auf eine spätere Festanstellung.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

In dieser abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit sind Sie ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Logistik- und Sortierteams. Sie sorgen dafür, dass die eingehenden Pakete korrekt und effizient verarbeitet und für den weiteren Transport vorbereitet werden.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Selbstständiges Sortieren von Paketen anhand der jeweiligen Postleitzahlen
  • Scannen und Erfassen der Pakete mit modernen Handscannern
  • Kontrolle der Sendungen auf korrekte Zuordnung und Bearbeitung
  • Manuelle Endsortierung der Pakete, wobei die Sendungen von Hand den entsprechenden Bereichen zugeordnet werden
  • Bereitstellung und Verschiebung der sortierten Pakete für die weiteren Logistikprozesse
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung im Sortier- und Logistikbereich
  • Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Arbeits-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
  • Sorgfältiger Umgang mit den Paketen und Arbeitsmitteln
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs

Für diese Position suchen wir zuverlässige, motivierte und körperlich belastbare Mitarbeitende, die gerne aktiv arbeiten und auch bei einem höheren Arbeitsvolumen den Überblick behalten. Da es sich um eine körperlich aktive Tätigkeit handelt, setzen wir eine gute körperliche Fitness sowie die Bereitschaft voraus, während der gesamten Schicht aktiv mitzuarbeiten.

Arbeitszeiten

Bei unserem Kunden arbeiten Sie von Montag bis Freitag im 2-Schichtmodell. Das Wochenende bleibt grundsätzlich frei.

Frühschicht: 06:00 - 16:30 Uhr Spätschicht: 17:00 - maximal 03:00 Uhr Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in der Spätschicht wird vorausgesetzt

Die Spätschicht ist aufgrund der attraktiven Zuschläge besonders interessant.

Entlöhnung Grundlohn: CHF 29.47 pro Stunde Ab 20:00 Uhr: CHF 38.51 pro Stunde

Sie profitieren somit insbesondere bei Einsätzen in der Spätschicht von einer attraktiven Stundenentschädigung.
